TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For GROUP travel
A non-refundable deposit of 550 euros is required at the time of booking for a trip of less than 2000 euros per person.
A deposit of 1050 euros per person is required at the time of booking for a trip of 2500 euros and more.

Final payment required.
If you have to cancel your trip
Between 90 and 45 days before departure: 100% of the cost of the stay less the deposit and a 200 euro management fee is refundable. Less than 45 days before departure 100% of the cost of the stay is non-refundable. A credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis
The 50 euro administration fee is non-refundable at all times.
If the cancellation is related to COVID-19 such as: government announcement, lockdown, closure of airlines and borders: the deposit is refundable.
In the event that we are forced to cancel a trip due to a lack of registrations, all amounts paid (including the file opening fee) by the traveler will be refunded, without further compensation. We undertake to notify travelers as soon as possible.
If one of the two passengers traveling together cancels their trip, the departing passenger will have to pay the supplement for single occupancy accommodation resulting from the cancellation. To inform us, a written notice must be sent to us.
Trip costs, following cancellation by the traveler for personal reasons, health concerns or political fears (for example, a government recommendation to avoid traveling to a country for security reasons) are not refundable
For CUSTOMIZED trips
Itinerary development fee payable at the very beginning of the project. (non-refundable at any time)
Deposit 550 euros for a stay of 2000 euros and less and 1050 euros for a stay of more than 2000 euros per person (non-refundable at any time) 90 days before departure: Final payment required.

CHANGES AND TRANSFER
Any changes to your reservation are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of your request.
No transfer possible at any time.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive insurance that covers, among other things: cancellation, interruption, emergency medical care and baggage. You may have a travel insurance contract or coverage on a credit card; it is important to check the conditions of these to see if you are well protected.

PRICES
All prices indicated are in euros.
The prices indicated on our packages are based on double occupancy and include taxes (unless otherwise indicated).
For all trips, a processing fee of 50 euros per person is required and added to the trip invoice. This fee is non-refundable at all times.
PAIRING
For group trips only, with or without air transport, matching is possible but not guaranteed:
We will do everything in our power to offer matching between people of the same gender or sex. At the time of booking, the traveler registers on the waiting list until we find a person with whom to offer the matching.
If the traveler wishes to guarantee his place on the trip, he will have to pay the single occupancy supplement at the time of booking if no matching is available; and it will be refunded if we, or the traveler himself, find someone to share the room.
HEALTH
It is your responsibility to be healthy enough to undertake the chosen trip; it is your responsibility to consult your doctor before undertaking such a trip. Given the nature of our trips, the passenger must be aware that he or she may run certain risks inherent in hiking or cycling. He or she assumes them with full knowledge of the facts and releases Discover Costa Daurada from any liability.
Discover Costa Daurada acts as an intermediary between the various service providers involved in the development of the packages and cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure of the service providers.
Discover Costa Daurada, assumes no responsibility for material, physical or moral damage resulting from force majeure (strike, war, weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, terrorism, demonstrations, etc.)
Discover Costa Daurada, reserves the right to cancel or modify part of the trip or the entire trip for reasons of force majeure.
It is your responsibility to notify us or our service providers as soon as a problem arises, so that we can resolve it immediately or as quickly as possible.
Our liability is then limited to the cost of the trip paid.
In the event that the passenger behaves in a manner that is detrimental to other travelers or service providers, the traveler may be expelled.
Discover Costa Daurada holds a travel agency license from Catalonia and has the insurance required by the Travel Agency Law.
